Assess
Review the facility, ventilation arrangement, treatment zones, surfaces and operating constraints.
Zoonex Systems combines ventilation-pathway treatment, targeted application and long-lasting antimicrobial surface protection to support cleaner, more resilient environments.
The hidden pathway
Air movement, ventilation routes and shared touchpoints can continue to influence hygiene conditions after normal cleaning is complete.
Zoonex helps organisations look beyond individual surfaces and plan protection around the way people, air and operations move through a facility.

How Zoonex works
The system is designed around controlled dispersal, distribution and bonding rather than a single once-off spray event.
Review the facility, ventilation arrangement, treatment zones, surfaces and operating constraints.
Convert the selected antimicrobial treatment into an ultra-fine mist using the appropriate application method.
Use controlled airflow or targeted equipment to reach ventilation pathways, treatment zones and suitable surfaces.
Support the treatment with documented routines, follow-up planning and a programme suited to the environment.
Sector solutions
Each programme is shaped by occupancy, airflow, touchpoints, operational pressure and the hygiene controls already in place.
Ventilation pathways, high-touch areas, waiting spaces and operationally sensitive treatment zones.

New aviation solution
Zoonex aviation programmes are designed around connected airflow and operational pathways across terminal HVAC, airbridges, PCA units, aircraft ECS ducting and cabin surfaces.
Zoono antimicrobial technology
Zoono treatment is designed to bond to suitable treated surfaces and provide a physical antimicrobial action as part of a wider hygiene programme.

A practical origin story
Zoonex began under a freestanding roof in Tim Jonck’s back garden in 2020, where a series of practical experiments explored a better way to disperse antimicrobial chemistry.
A suggestion from his son, Alexander, changed the direction of the project and helped shape the finer, more consistent dispersal approach that followed.
